Garrid Build

Effective July 13, 2026 · pre-contract preview

Website and preview terms

These terms govern this website and the Guided Pilot qualification process. They are not a substitute for the signed commercial agreement required before Garrid accepts payment or customer source code.

No engagement is formed by applying

Submitting the public form starts a qualification conversation only. A Guided Pilot begins only after both parties sign an Order Form or statement of work identifying the legal provider, customer, exact scope, repository, price, payment schedule, acceptance tests, data terms, output rights, liability allocation, and governing law. The signed agreement controls any conflict.

The advertised Guided Pilot

The current provisional design-partner offer is one bounded, qualified software build over a target 14-day engagement for a quoted professional-services fee. The public description is an invitation to negotiate, not an automatic acceptance, guarantee, invoice, or charge. Scope, start date, payment milestones, dependencies, delivery mode, and acceptance are fixed in the signed Order Form.

Qualification and acceptable use

  • You must provide accurate business contact and scope information and have authority to submit it.
  • Do not submit secrets, credentials, source code, regulated personal data, unlawful content, or confidential third-party material through the public application.
  • You must have the rights and authorization needed for any repository, dependency, specification, test fixture, or data later supplied under an Order Form.
  • You may not probe, disrupt, bypass authorization, evade budgets or rate limits, upload malware, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Autonomous systems and human control

Garrid Build uses automated authoring, verification, and review systems. Generated output can be incomplete, insecure, infringing, or unsuitable for production. The service therefore uses explicit verifier and review gates and does not promote output without the agreed human-controlled decision. Customer production deployment remains outside the preview website and must follow the signed acceptance plan.

Customer materials, confidentiality, and output

You retain rights in materials you own. Repository access is limited to the repositories and purpose expressly authorized in the Order Form. Confidentiality, model-provider use, open-source handling, background intellectual property, deliverable ownership or license, and residual proof retention are commercial terms that must be stated in that agreement; this preview page does not silently transfer intellectual property in either direction.

Website availability and suspension

The preview site and application funnel are provided on an as-available basis and may change or be suspended to protect customers, systems, or legal obligations. Any paid uptime, response-time, warranty, refund, cancellation, indemnity, or liability commitment exists only when written in the applicable Order Form. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, support, and updates

The Privacy Notice applies to personal information submitted through the site. Security reports belong at security@garrid.com and general questions at support@garrid.com. Revised preview terms will display a new effective date; paid work is governed by the version incorporated into its signed agreement.
